Gizmodo.com.au today published details sent by "a friendly tipster" that claimed the iPhone would only be available on a contract.
Gizmodo published a "leaked" printout with two columns that outlined an Optus iPhone plan with a $79 Cap and another with a $99 Cap. Both plans appear to include a relatively small amount of data – 1GB per month on the $79 Cap, and 3GB for the $99 Cap.
Apparently the Optus 8GB iPhone model will cost $220, the 16GB $330, and both would only be available on a 24-month contract.
